Our Prices

Our wedding cakes start at $2.50 per serving for buttercream icing and $3.00 per serving for fondant icing.  Extra items, such as, gumpaste flowers or extreme detail are extra. There are rental fees for some items.  These items include fountains, cake stands, cake plateaus, serving sets, and toasting glasses.  Prices vary for these items.  Topsy Turvy cakes start at $3.00 per serving in buttercream and $3.75 per serving in fondant.  Topsy Turvy cakes have a minimum price of $300.

Wedding coordinating:

I have 4 packages available to fit your needs.  Any package can be tailored to fit your needs and items may also be purchase ala carte. 

Pearl Service:

This service is for consultation only.  We start off with a free home office visit to determine what you need.  This service gives you help with planning advice, etiquette guidelines and vendor referrals.

Cost:  $225 for the first 4 hours, $35 per hour afterward

Sapphire Service:

With this service you get everything included with the Pearl package.  You also get assistance at your rehearsal and the wedding ceremony.

Cost:  $375 

Ruby Service:

This service is the best choice for the girl who wants to do most of the planning herself.  It is also the most popular package.  Included in this service is consultation, etiquette guidelines, vendor services coordinated, directing the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception.  Reminder notices are sent to your vendors.

Cost:  $675

Diamond Service:

This is the full package.  With this package you get help from the moment you become engaged to the moment you leave your reception.  You get assistance in creating a budget, unlimited consultation, vendor referrals, etiquette guidelines and full wedding day coordination which includes the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.  I will help you with scheduling appointments and even go shopping with you to advise you onsite.

Cost:  $1200

Out of town weddings: All out of town weddings will require extra payment for travel which is to include travel time, gas, and boarding.
